Besides lecturing I do consultancy work regarding behaviour management. It is often concerning persons in heavily staffed settings with self harming or violent behavior. My focus is the behavior of the staff and how it affects the behavior of the person.
Another area of consultancy is ethics and securing quality of care and educational institutions, especially focusing on evaluation of method in demand and conflict situations.
A third field is guidance concerning people with autism, Asperger’s syndrome, Tourette’s syndrome and ADHD based on understanding of the person´s cognitive and affective abilities.
I work towards special schools, residential and child services and towards psychiatric and dementia care facilities.
